Precision Coater FSCC06 for Selective Spray of Fine Lines
FSCC06 Select Spray (patented) capable of precisely spraying a coating solution with a viscosity of 1500 centipoise or less using a fine line of 0.5mm width or more.
This spray valve has been developed as a selective application for moisture-proof insulating material coating (conformal coating) and is patented. It can be used not only for moisture-proof agent application but also for fine line spraying of paints and adhesives, as well as for line application of functional liquid materials such as semiconductors, MEMS, batteries, and phosphors. Additionally, it can be expanded to coating applications for pharmaceuticals and food, such as the application of liquid medicines and edible materials. A key feature is its ability to uniformly apply liquid viscous materials onto uneven surfaces in a non-contact manner, which was not possible with inkjet technology.
